Our mission is slow fashion. The beauty of vintage is it doesn’t decrease in value, it increases. If it’s not for you anymore, we encourage you to pass it on / resell
we want you to love what you find at stoodio.
Due to the nature of the business (vintage & preloved pieces) we don’t offer refunds for change of mind.
However we appreciate that sometimes things don’t go as expected, and we’re open to assisting where we can.
if something’s not right
If your item has been significantly misdescribed, let us know within 3 days of delivery and we’ll sort it. Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- a refund
- an exchange (if available)
- or store credit
a note on vintage
All pieces are preloved and may show signs of wear. We do our best to highlight any noticeable flaws, but small imperfections are part of what makes vintage, vintage.
For this reason, we don’t accept returns based on general wear or age.
why vintage works differently
Vintage doesn’t follow fast fashion rules, it holds its value. If something’s not for you long-term, it can always be passed on again.
change of mind
We don’t offer refunds for:
- change of mind
- sizing / fit preference
- personal styling decisions
But if you’re unsure about something, message us before buying, we’re more than happy to help.

Items must be:
- returned in original condition
- unworn and unwashed
- with any original tags attached
Returns that don’t meet these conditions may be declined.

- Customers cover return shipping costs
- Original shipping is non-refundable
- We recommend tracked shipping (we can’t take responsibility for lost returns)
